Fenugreek is an herbal plant native to Asia and Europe that helps enhance lactation in nursing mothers. Our Fenugreek is organically grown without using pesticides or chemical fertilizers.

Fenugreek has been traditionally used for lactation support and to soothe digestion.

Directions: Each capsule contains 610mg of Fenugreek. Adult women take two (2) capsules daily with any meal.
