Directions:

For Adults Children: Mix 7.5 grams of MilkoVite (use attached 7.5g spoon) with half a cup of warm water or milk and add sugar to taste. Or sprinkle on breakfast cereals, porridge or your favourite beverage. Take once daily.

For Pregnant & Lactating Women: Mix 7.5 grams of MilkoVite (use attached 7.5g spoon) with a half a cup of warm water or milk and add sugar to taste. Take twice daily.
